costumer service was very rude
A bank is a bank. All the banks are owned by the same folks. And at the end of the day; it’s just another bank. Theresa at the customer service 800 number was a rude; hateful and belittling. Which has affected how I view this bank. Like I said; all the banks are funded; owned and operated by the CBS. While the local branches in Marion have great people working for them.
