Everyone is always very nice everytime we go there
DISAPPOINTED IN THIS BANK. WHY WOULD THIS BANK TELLER LIE TO THE 911 OPERATOR ABOUT MY FRIEND OUTSIDE YOUR BANK. WERE YOU JUST TRYING TO GET HIM ARRESTED. IF YOUR NOT DOING ILLEGAL THINGS YOU WON'T HAVE TO WORRY.
The recent software rollout has not gone as well as expected. There were many issues and some are still remaining, however; this is not the fault of the local employees in Marion. In every call that I have had locally, the employees have been professional and very helpful and understanding. Their service to me has been excellent (especially Brandy Imboden). I give five stars to the local branch employees, but the software rollout rates a zero.
This bank had a great online banking website until recently when they did a so-called update. Now it's terrible! The layout isn't as good as the old one. The configurations aren't as good and it is very slow!
