The recent software rollout has not gone as well as expected. There were many issues and some are still remaining, however; this is not the fault of the local employees in Marion. In every call that I have had locally, the employees have been professional and very helpful and understanding. Their service to me has been excellent (especially Brandy Imboden). I give five stars to the local branch employees, but the software rollout rates a zero.
This bank had a great online banking website until recently when they did a so-called update. Now it's terrible! The layout isn't as good as the old one. The configurations aren't as good and it is very slow!
