I came in a few months ago to get scrubs had the worst experience ever! No employee help for one. The cashier didn’t know how to do a return and had her child at work with her. Completely unprofessional!!!!!!! Trying to purchase a scrub jacket and not one employee around to help with what I needed. Bright star will definitely get my business!
Great place reasonable
If this would have given me the option to pick no stars then I would have! Never have I ever been so disappointed with service from a store. I picked up my scrub pants last night that I had ordered, took them home and tried them on. While in the process one of the tags detached. I took them back in today, not even 24 hours later, and they would not let me exchange them for a different size. Never have I heard that you could not exchange a clothing item from any other store without the tags. I even brought the tags with me! S... read more
