Today 2/2/2019 I carried my wife back to the uniform outlet to exchange a uniform top she had purchased several months ago and when got home found out top was missized. The top was still in the store bag with tags on the top she even had the receipt. My wife wasn't asking for refund, she only wanted to exchange it for one that fit. We are not local to the area and only in Birmingham a couple times a year. The employee was very clear that she wasn't willing to exchange the top.
