I had a wonderful experience today. Both young ladies greeted me and made sure I knew about the sales. They were quick to help me find exactly what I needed & weren’t pushy or annoying. I drove over an hour to come to your store & will continue to come back because of experiences like today! Your female colleagues had the store & dressing rooms looking like a showroom!
On 7/15 at 6:30 PM, I entered the establishment and was disappointed by the lack of service. The employee at the desk didn't acknowledge my presence at all; he remained focused on his phone and completely ignored my greeting. I said “hello,” but he chose not to make eye contact or respond. This made me feel uncomfortable, so I decided to leave. This situation needs to be addressed to ensure better customer interactions in the future.
My shopping started out ok when I first got in the store. I did have to try on multiple sizes I felt the two people working there didn’t like the fact that I needed to try on different sizes and because some of them didn’t work for me they were pressuring me to buy items that were more expensive after telling them several times the range I wanted to stay in. I have shopped there before and never had the pressure issue I’m disappointed in the store
