Not sure what’s up with the bad reviews, this store is a great option for anyone looking for quality/variety of products , fair pricing fit for all budgets and knowledgeable staff. Another bonus most places do not store their concentrates in the fridge, the underground however makes sure you get quality by doing this. Lastly the owners are both phenomenal human beings and care about the quality of products they bring in and the customer experience.
