Wow amazing service, the ladies here are top notch!!! My wife found a stunning dress & I rented a tuxedo the alterations were on point (it fit like a glove. At the debutant ball my wife had tons of compliments, great selections please stop in & look Fabulous
Horrible service. No return or exchange policy. My under age daughter purchased a small dress at 5pm and I came back first thing in the morning to return it or exchanged it for the right size. The owner was rude. Did want even want to come to talk to me. Her answer was straight no. They should fully disclose this at the time of the purchase not expect people to read the sign in the store! I will definitely not come back here
I had the best experience and everyone in there are so welcoming and Becca was one of the person who helped me picked out a dress and they are all really great definitely recommend.
For ANY time a fancy dress is needed or wanted...make a visit here. The ladies that work here were so kind, patient and helpful with my daughter finding her perfect Prom Dress. The designer is Ashley Lauren, from Maine. The dress covered in bling. It is so well designed my daughter decided on leaving the train. Thanks to The Ultimate...she found the ultimate dress...she looked absolutely amazing, and was all smiles.
Started coming to the ultimate in Peabody in March for a bridal party. We got Terry who went above and beyond each time!!!! Started with bridesmaid dresses, then the bride found her dress!! Both of those dresses the bridesmaid dress and brides dress Terry actually suggested!!!! After that we sent the groom and grooms men to once again see Terry and once again we received above and beyond services!!! We have felt so comfort every time coming to the ultimate in Peabody!!
