We’ve been looking at the Human Touch Super Novo for about a year. We spoke with Jaime and she let us know when sales were occurring. When our budget allowed, we were able to buy the chair. Delivery was included in the price. We are pleased with the product and the customer service!

I have a lower back issue that causes a disc to swell up and pinch a nerve that creates pain shooting all the way down my right leg.
