10/10! These guys were phenomenal. Showed up right on time, ready to go and super friendly. The 2 guys that did my move got along great and it was a blast to listen to them joke around while working hard. They figured out how to get a super awkward couch out of my old apartment and didn't complain about it once, I personally would have given up on it. Buyer beware. I hired these guys to move me. They were scheduled for 9am. They called me and said they’d be late. Arrived by 9:15am, which is no big deal. I often run late in life. However, they finished moving at 12:30pm and charged me for 4 hours. When I explained that they worked for 3.25 hours the guy become a bit aggressive with me. ThankYou to these two wonderful movers who moved my parents sofa, loveseat, and ottoman out to make room for some new furniture. This is the third time my parents have used this company and have been extremely grateful for their help. Kyle and Jag were extremely respectful to my parents, and moved everything without a scratch. The team who helped with my move were, quick, courteous and handled all my items with care. They showed up exactly on time as well. The cost was very affordable as well. If I ever have to move in the future, I will be using Two small men with big hearts again.
