I called earlier today after waking up with a sore shoulder, and Sarah Payne-Murphy was able to fit me in last minute. I was super impressed with the work she did on my upper body—she really knows what she’s doing. She took the time to ask about my problem areas and got to work right away. I have a good treatment at Twisted Body today by Cheylene. I had gone in with pains on my thighs and lower back and was greatly relieved after my session. The environment also is warm and serene.
