Not only did I personally witness a staff member verbally mistreating a child while checking in on my own child during the day, but when I raised my concerns with management, they refused to review the surveillance footage with me or provide any transparency regarding the incident. As a parent, that lack of accountability was extremely alarming. Trust is everything when it comes to childcare, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend this facility. Hai we been with this twin oaks more than 2 years my both kids went to this daycare my son is going still I like so much all the teachers the way they taking care and love my kids even every one it was awesome the front desk teachers who leading the daycare they are so great always welcome with great smile like it every much Thai will be the best daycare that every kids can go and enjoy with safe and care I am thankful to everybody for helping my kids to grow and enjoy safe in the twin oaks daycare.
Its a lot of great things I can say about Tops. First and foremost they are transparent and real. Its really a VILLAGE there. My son has been going there since he was 3 years old and he is now going on 5 years old. Its more than just a daycare, its a school, a learning experience for all kiddos. Twin Oaks has truly been a lifesaver for our family. We were unexpectedly given only two weeks’ notice that our previous childcare facility would be closing, and after contacting more than 10 different centers, Twin Oaks stood out for offering everything we were looking for structured programming, transportation, before-and after-school care, as well as coverage for summer and school breaks.
