Terrible customer service. Walked in only customer in the store and the Owner never acknowledged myself or my family or asked if we needed was in the store for 10min and never bothered to come from behind the desk

I was referred by a friend to check out this place for a tuxedo and from the time I walked in, till the time I left, I was treated with amazing customer service. This vendor is top notch. Both professional and personal. Don't be fooled by the small shop front. I wanted a specific style, researched four other vendors with no success, then found The Tuxedo Club. They not only had the style I was looking for but many other various styles. Brooke was great to work with and delivered the perfect fit . The groom and groomsmen rented from another vendor and did not have the quality of experience that I encountered at The Tuxedo Club. -Proud Father of the Bride
