I do not recommend this tutoring center. My son was attending for couple years, then got new ownership. No communication w us regarding my son’s lack of attendance for 2 months, yet they kept debiting my account. My son was in the after care karate next door and they would walk 40 feet and bring my son over, when new ownership happened they stopped doing that w no communication w us. After 2 months I got a call asking if my son was ok? They owe us 286.00 refund and they have not refunded and there has been no contact, they w... read more
Zero stars for this location. The new owner is extremely rude and completely unprofessional. When I expressed frustration with his employee over my son losing all his makeup classes that I had already paid for, the owner started yelling at me instead of resolving the issue. To make matters worse, they claimed they couldn’t look up the makeup classes in their system, even though the old director had no problem doing so. My children have been going to the Tutor Center for about a month. They actually enjoy going. They work closely with the kids and have a reward system for motivation. My son is getting As in spelling and my daughter has improved across the board.
My son has been going to the Tutoring Center for several years, working on math and reading comprehension. They do a great job in assessing what he needs to do and the instructors are great. He used to struggle in math and is doing much better - getting great grades! The staff is easy to work with and very flexible. Highly recommended.
