Went in for shoe exchange; the staff made it a quick, fuss-free experience👍🏻
Zero sense when it comes to customer service. There are other shops where you can get good customer service. Here , you are completely ignored.
Was served by Lulu who gave my family and I great customer service, she was very happy to help us with our purchase and was very lovely
we paid for shoes. we were told will be delivered in roughly 10 business day. its been weeks. Phone and emails not answered. went back to store and the store person told us we will get a call but still nothing. horrible experience. Dont take their 'we will deliver to you' BS.
Horrible customer service. The girl with glasses and piercings all over her face didn't even acknowledge us as we walked in. Was busy putting price tags. Other girl was helping someone else. Then the girl putting tags on shoes turns back and starts serving someone else that came in after us. How do these people get jobs. Never coming back to this shop again.
