Discusting customer service , I urge management to review hiring process, two girls who work there don't even know how to communicate with clients , take away kebab shops should be the only place they should work

Zero sense when it comes to customer service. There are other shops where you can get good customer service. Here , you are completely ignored.

we paid for shoes. we were told will be delivered in roughly 10 business day. its been weeks. Phone and emails not answered. went back to store and the store person told us we will get a call but still nothing. horrible experience. Dont take their 'we will deliver to you' BS.
