Today we had an amazing experience and service from Lulu. She was very knowledgeable and had lots of helpful tips for my kids feet shape and size. She got rid of the boxes for us, and had some fun stickers for my girls. It was their favorite part of the day.
Need to change staff guide very badly and changing the price of shoes as well
Amazing experience at Trybe Werribee! Taking kids shoe shopping is usually stressful, but Louise and Eilish made it so easy. They were both incredibly patient, friendly, and amazing with my kids. Eilish took the time to properly measure and explain everything without rushing us. Louise was so great at keeping my little one engaged and making it fun instead of a battle. Discusting customer service , I urge management to review hiring process, two girls who work there don't even know how to communicate with clients , take away kebab shops should be the only place they should work
