I came in this afternoon to get my 3-year-old daughter a pair of runners, and she was having none of it - full toddler resistance to trying anything on. Mikaela stepped in with a sticker and so much patience and kindness that she completely won my daughter over. We left with a much-needed new pair of shoes and a genuinely happy little girl. Thank you, Mikaela, this small effort helped turn what could've been a stressful trip into such a positive one!
This store is amazing the staff are kind, friendly and very helpful. Seems to be a lot of Karen's on here with the negative reviews. I recommend anyone to go and shop there.
I had an awful experience with Trybe store at Watergardens. I had purchased school black leather shoes for my daughter on 16th May. My daughter wore the shoes only for two days and the leather started to come off from both the shoes. When I went to the store, the store manager at Watergardens simply said its wear and tear and was very rude. I mentioned that she has only worn it two times and I don’t understand how this can be a wear and tear issue. Visited Trybe Watergardens today and the store has a great variety of products and good sales, but unfortunately they seemed very short staffed. I was waiting a long time with my baby and couldn’t get any help from staff. I understand staffing issues happen, but weekends are usually the main time parents get a chance to shop, and it’s very difficult to stay waiting around for so long without assistance. Since it was sale time, it would have been better to have more staff available to help customers.
I had such a great experience here thanks to Mikaela. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Customer service like this is rare—will definitely be coming back.
