I purchased school shoes for my son and then wanted to go a bigger size. When i went to the watergardens store they refused to exchange as they said the box was damaged. My dad went onto the online chat and they said they could help with an exchange no matter the condition of the box and contacted the store, yet again the manager refused to exchange. Mikaela was amazing! She was patient with my son and helped him so much he is normally shy but she was so lovely and he got real comfortable with her he started explaining the type of shoe he wanted… I was confused on what size he was she quickly got the measuring tool and checked his size… outstanding service!!!!! Thank you mikaela we will back to always buy shoes off you.
