I came into the store and was looking for sports shoes for my daughter. The store worker (kiwi accent) was an absolute gem. She gave me good insight on what shoes would be more suitable for my daughters needs and feet. Its been a week and they are (in my 6 year olds voice) The best shoes in the world
I came in this morning, the store jam packed and the store manager was on her own. She was a whizz bouncing between customers with a smile. I always shop here for the great selection of shoes and as always great customer service. Thank you Sophia for tolerating my crying baby and fitting my two older children into their new outing shoes amongst the busy time.
I had an unusual and disappointing experience at the Parramatta outlet. I found a pair of shoes on the sale wall, clearly marked as the last piece, with a price tag showing $44.xx. I decided to purchase it and took it to the counter. The staff member took the shoes to back of store. when returned, staff informed me that the price was actually $99.99. Excellent staffs Sophia and Elizabeth, providing the best services to help with shoes, as well as finding socks from another stores.....I can see they try very hard to help with everything for customers.... really appreciate....
They have good stocks and styles for kids’ shoes, but feels like the staff was not warm to welcome and serve customers.
