Had the worst shopping experience with this store. I purchased a pair of shoes for my daughter in-store, and one of the shoes was the display shoe and was dirty. I ordered a new pair to be delivered to my address with one of the staff members, and I did receive an email confirming my purchase. Four weeks later, I still hadn’t received the shoes. Customer service needs to improve!!
Came in wanting to buy shoes for my kids a few days ago. Was not greeted as the employees were speaking in the back. When the lady finally came out she told a mum and her toddler to stop grabbing the shoes on the wall unless they were going to buy. Was completely put off by seeing this and felt like I myself couldn’t browse. In a kids show store a bit more patience and warmth would be appreciated.
When I arrived, there were two employees present and no other customers in the store. Both were in the back room, on their phones and laughing. I spent quite some time trying shoes on my toddler by myself, but no one came to greet me or offer assistance. They remained in the back until I eventually had to walk in and ask whether they were working, as I needed help with sizing. I genuinely felt like I was interrupting them. Very rude service. I was ignored while speaking and then snapped at for asking a simple question. Not acceptable.
