I walked into this store to grab my son a pair of Nike shoes for his birthday and was greeted by a young girl in dreadlocked hair from behind the counter. The conversation was minimal, when I asked for some other options of shoes to look at I couldn’t get an answer as she didn’t really know. Amazing service
That short female sales associate—sorry, I have to say this so you know who I’m talking about—when I walked in, she didn’t greet me at all and just kept chatting happily with another customer, completely ignoring me. I had to pick out shoes myself, find the size, When I wanted to ask her about other sizes, she still ignored me and continued chatting with the other person. Am I not a customer? The staff is nice and helpful! Unbelievably low prices.
Am absolutely blown away. What an amazing store. It is already hard enough to find good shoes for our young ones, but to find a store that specialises in kids shoes that are in times with today's trends, incredible. This store provides quality branded shoes and no the shoes are not expensive. I bought 2 shoes for my 7yr old for less then $55, they were on sale.
