Terrible service here, 3 staff members in the shop when we arrived, not one of them greeted us or offered help. Even when we had bought socks to try on shoes with (not absolutely necessary as the store provides disposable pantyhose) tried one shoe on our son and were discussing whether we had the right size or not- no help offered. We decided on a size but needed the other shoe to try on. Asked If they sold the other shoe too. Told yes but only when suggested we might go and look for it ourselves, was any help offered. I walked into this store to grab my son a pair of Nike shoes for his birthday and was greeted by a young girl in dreadlocked hair from behind the counter. The conversation was minimal, when I asked for some other options of shoes to look at I couldn’t get an answer as she didn’t really know. And then took my time looking around store and could see her getting visibly annoyed with me taking my time, when she was playing on her phone from behind one side of the counter. Amazing service
That short female sales associate—sorry, I have to say this so you know who I’m talking about—when I walked in, she didn’t greet me at all and just kept chatting happily with another customer, completely ignoring me. I had to pick out shoes myself, find the size, When I wanted to ask her about other sizes, she still ignored me and continued chatting with the other person. Am I not a customer?
