If I could give zero stars I would. Worst online customer service. I bought a shoes, never received it and when I sent an email asking for an update on the delivery they’ve asked me to wait for 3 more weeks until they could find the product to send it to me instead of sending me a new product. No apologies and rude communication.
If I could select zero stars I would. I received the worst customer service I’ve ever seen today when I visited this store. I was trying to buy shoes for my daughter, no one served me. The 2 employees were fighting over who was going to serve me and one stormed out the back, followed by the other. I would love to speak to someone who would listen to what happened today, not the manager as they were there today.
Pretty shocking. Ordered a pair of sketchers online 8 days ago for my son's first day back at school. (Thought the deal was far too good to be true) Tried to track parcel and couldn't, followed up with a enquiry email.. Email from them the next day. To be told "they did not have the stock and anything listed on there website is not guaranteed to be in stock" they did apologise for the inconvenience. But now I'm left with VERY little time to get my son another pair and I'm still awaiting on my refund to get that pair! 6 days ... read more
