I have waited for more 20 mins to be served at counter bad customer service I ever had never come to this store again
I went with my 3 year old. N my mum . My 3 year old picked up a random shoe so I asked for help from the shop girl. She was lovely and helped with the shoe size and she even measured my mums foot. Very helpful staff good collection of shoes. My son loves the yellow shoes.
We had the best experience in store today, both the sales assistants went above & beyond. They were so helpful & the manager was also outstanding.

Isabella was so kind and proactive, and I ended up buying additional items because I felt comfortable doing so. Thank you for you excellent customer service, and I hope you get the recognition you deserve.
Worst experience with trybe highpoint. No more buying any items with trybe in future and recommend all be careful while doing online ordering via this store. They don’t care customer anymore after transaction of money, no matter items are delivered or not. They think it’s not there problem anymore and it’s a third party( courier) problem. Bull shit service. 👎👎👎👎👎🤮🤮🤮🤮
