The store manager is lovely! Every time I go into the store to buy shoes for my son he goes above and beyond.
I was served by the assistant manager today and she was absolutely fantastic, super knowledgeable, friendly and great with my two year old even with his unevenly-sized and wide feet 😂 thank you so much
Oh my goodness walked into this store. The customer service from Lee is out of this world. She goes above and beyond to look after the customer. I will be back.
I’ve made two purchases here. The staff were very helpful on both occasions. We purchased shoes for my 19month old son. On the first purchase they did a full measure up and were helpful in selecting a shoe size and on our second stop they didn’t have the shoe in the size we wanted in a certain colour. They happily put a order in for us and it arrived at our house the next day. Great friendly service.
No prices on shoes and the oversized pierced lady there was unless.. after 10 mins she never left the desk apart from struggling to breath she didn't do much else... the redhead guy was doing all the work tho
