Wonderful customer service. I went with my wife and daughter to buy her first pair of big girl shoes. We were greeted by a lovely staff member Kayana and she asked us what shoes we were after, and if she could measure our daughters foot. She had great product knowledge and made lots of recommendations on which shoe would be best. My daughter is a bit fussy when her foot was getting fitted but the staff member gave her a bunny toy to calm her down. My daughter is very happy with her new shoes. This review is about the service. 10000% stars for Debbie, who assisted us on Saturday. She was very friendly with us but also our daughter who doesn't love school shoe shopping but her calm and friendly manner made the whole experience for us happy and manageable. Debbie also went to her offsite area to get the sizes we needed. Good customer service is hard to find these days, and Debbie is an absolute breath of fresh air. Can we clone her ??
Visited on the weekend as my preschooler needed some new kicks. Lady was helpful & patient & we left a happy customer.
they were no help at all and the shoes said $111 but when i went to the counter they were $160 there was also something sticky in the shoe and the shoelace was ripped
Overall experience from Trybe Castle Hill is absolutely appalling! I purchased two pairs of shoes on 7th of December in store and was ensured they would be delivered well and truly by Christmas as is it a 2-10 day delivery turn around. On Monday the 16th of December I contacted Trybe again as I had not received any correspondence or tracking information regarding the shoes.
