Christmas shopping for my son can usually feels like a mission, but the vibe at The Trybe Bondi was so lovely. A massive thank you to Keeley, she was honestly amazing. She was so patient and actually made the whole process easy and fun instead of stressful. It’s so rare to get such genuine help these days. If you’re heading in, definitely ask for her!

I would prefer zero stars. So called, shop assistant had zero interest in serving me but would much rather provide actual service to people who arrived after me. Wasn’t listening to anything I said, asked for sizes and just told they don’t have them. Rude, uninformed and unhelpful.

I have been a customer for about three years. Recently, I purchased a pair of shoes for my grandson, but they were the wrong size. The shoes are still in their original box with the tags attached. When I went to the store to exchange them for the correct size, I was informed that because it had been 30 days since the purchase, they couldn’t assist me.
