I bought a 2019 Ford F-250 from here and noticed a transmission problem shifting from 1st to 2nd gear while driving home. Brandon arranged an appointment for me and they ended up replacing the transmission (a $6500 repair) for free because of the 30 day warranty that came with my purchase. Everyone at The Truck Shop was polite, friendly and very personable.. my experience with them was very pleasant and I highly recommend you give them a try before buying somewhere else!
So my son and I bought two trucks from them at the same time. His truck a 2019 f250 diesel was not a bad truck but when you get to looking we had to replace a few sensors and a fresh oil change that was supposed to be done. My truck where to start I made a very fair trade with them as I kinda traded down to get the truck I got. My 2019 f250 that I got from them first had an oil leak the I took back to them before the 30 day in house warranty was up.
