I bought the xterra over the internet by picture that I was sent by email all the pictures were taken very well and they put new tires on it nice touch I would go back and I recommend the truck shop it’s nice to dill with a place that cares about people thanks
I’m not much one to leave reviews but I had to for this place! BW is hands down the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with. He worked with me and held the truck for 2 weeks waiting for my bank to get my loan ready. The truck was totally worth the 11 1/2 hour drive I made to go pick it up, SIGHT UNSEEN. Truck was as clean in person as it was in the pictures. I highly recommend this place!
These guys sold me a straight lemon for a truck. No matter what they say! Beware!!!!!!! These guys showed great customer service when I was there to buy a truck. I brought a F-250 2019 model truck. I caught a plane to come out there to shop with these guys miles away. Now once I received my truck immediately when i drove about 5 miles off the parking lot the truck services engine light came on. Let me start by saying that Brandon and his team are absolutely AMAZING! I almost feel bad saying they are my new favorite dealer. They work hard to prove that you can be honest and fair, and still build a dealership. How refreshing! They gave me a VERY fair price on a great truck, and they even offered me more than I expected on my trade. Seamless process handled respectfully at all times. The next time I'm in the market for a truck, it WILL come from The Truck Shop.
