This place has been ruined since new management has stepped in. There is a run down camper parked out front stealing power from the main building. Management will do nothing about this situation. There is also a BED BUG infestation. They have known for 6 weeks. The only thing done was one laundry room was locked (leaving the others open of course). {{{Under New management}}} beware, rent and fee increases yet quality and safety continues to decrease! Not a pleasant, safe and especially not clean environment, extremely disappointed in this company. They don't return calls-- they currently have bed bugs and have known for several weeks and still yet to get any treatments or implement preventive measures to stop the spread. Ashamed that I have a loved one living here, astonishing that our elders are being neglected!

trinity has had a bed bug problem for the past 6 weeks and has nothing to try and prevent it or remedy their mistakes they made in containing the problem. they discovered the bed bugs in the laundry room and simply put a sign up and locked the bed bugs in there. they didn’t spray or do anything the prevent the spread or infestation to their other residents. they closed the laundry room in my grandmas wing 6 weeks ago, because of this, the residents had to use the other laundry rooms - spreading the bed bugs through their who... read more

The new manager Andy is trying to scam my father out of 3 grand. She said he ruined the carpet and there was a strong toxic moldy smell coming from his apartment and the hallway and so I went to check it out and there was no toxic or moldy smell in the hallway or his apartment and the carpet was perfectly fine. He had a grease fryer out and the apartment smelled like grease! That place is an "Independent Living" Non-Smoking place for seniors 55 & older. They have a few under 55 years old living there, but from what they told me & research I've done awhile ago, they're there to care for family members that needs help. They have only 2 spots outdoors to smoke, both gazebos on 2 ends for the smokers there. Rent there in 2024 averages $1060 a month for any apartment there & the floor plans are OK & looks a bit aged.
