The new manager Andy is trying to scam my father out of 3 grand. She said he ruined the carpet and there was a strong toxic moldy smell coming from his apartment and the hallway and so I went to check it out and there was no toxic or moldy smell in the hallway or his apartment and the carpet was perfectly fine. He had a grease fryer out and the apartment smelled like grease! That place is an "Independent Living" Non-Smoking place for seniors 55 & older. They have a few under 55 years old living there, but from what they told me & research I've done awhile ago, they're there to care for family members that needs help. They have only 2 spots outdoors to smoke, both gazebos on 2 ends for the smokers there. Rent there in 2024 averages $1060 a month for any apartment there & the floor plans are OK & looks a bit aged. For the price, you will not find a better community to call home in the area! The campus is beautiful with gorgeous views, especially on the exterior of campus, and it is in a wonderful location. Rent starts at $805 a month and there is a real sense of community at Trinity Fairwood. The people are very kind, the building is well maintained even if it isn’t brand new with the most modern finishings, community spaces are clean, well lit, and smell pleasant, and there is a real sense of community among residents living there 🥰
