What I noticed here & is quite obvious. There are a "lot" of Karen's. You know, those who get things done & do things. And, of course those who are critics & most generally complain. So, I usually consider the source. As, I recommend to all. In my experience with TriadAer. All products & service are superior & of the highest quality & engineering. Thank you TriadAer
My mini triad aer worked well for a few weeks. Then output became a very strong ion smell, which bothers me when close or further away. Customer Service told me all sales are final. I haven't used it since. Disappointed.
