Rana is fantastic. She is experienced, and is armed with a wealth of knowledge she will put to good use in helping YOU! She also has a lovely manner and makes each appointment informative, pleasant and gives great recommendations for exercises and stretches tailored to help you recover quickly. She will also advise what NOT to do, or to STOP doing which is also of great value.

I started going to Rana last year on other recommendations and was not disappointed. Rana is very friendly, welcoming and listens. My legs were always sore and tight from running and being old, but Rana managed to sort them out and now with regular maintenance sessions and exercises to do at home, I can enjoy my running again.

Rana has been helping my son remain healthy for his running. She is the ultimate professional, taking time to understand him as an athlete and as a person. I had a back muscle issue so booked a session with Rana, on arrival, she was so welcoming, friendly & genuinely interested. After an informative chat she started her work, very relaxing, very thorough in checking my issue, detailed work in & around the injury site, always speaking about what / why she was doing particular things & paying loads of attention to what she doing, all in all for me it was a 10 /10 experience, several hours later & there’s been a noticeable improvement in my back, highly recommend Rana, excellent �... read more
