I tried to leave this review privately but was encouraged by a store worker to post here instead. Really disappointing how hot and cold the experience is here. For instance, I think the staff behind the counter might have wanted me to feel uncomfortable tonight? There is a certain associate who I’ve seen refuse to service me even. Very weird. Fine product, but for context I am a dark black woman and cashier/budtender service is often very shaky and cold.
