Both of my daughters have received the best care at the Training Room! Dylan was their PT and he is amazing! He is kind and caring, goes out of his way to make them feel comfortable and, obviously, to address their PT needs. They both left stronger and more confident about how to care for their bodies. My oldest had been to 3 other places in town but none of them treated her as an athlete the way the Training Room does! The office staff is top notch as well. I refer them to everyone that I can!

I had an excellent experience with Dylan. They were knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to really understand my concerns. The treatment plan was personalized and effective—I’ve noticed significant improvement in my mobility and pain levels. They also explained everything clearly and encouraged me every step of the way.
