I have injured my ankles numerous times and have been referred to four other places in town, but I never felt enough improvement. When I injured my shoulder, I was referred to The Training Room and loved it. I can honestly say The Training Room is the best of all. I've come back to work on my ankles and my plantar fasciitis issues, too. They provide more one one one support and guidance, and everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive of your goals. Everyone is friendly, pain is decreasing, & foot feels like it is getting better. Not flaring up as bad. Highly recommend you try this place first.
Took my daughter in for knee and lower back pain. They got us scheduled easy and fast, receptionist was polite and very professional. Martin is highly knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue quickly and had us set up for a routine to help on our first visit. Very impressed and highly recommend.
The VA recommended Training Room to me for treatment of a recent ankle injury. Not only did the experts at the Training Room successfully address the issue, they also provided guidance on personal inhome exercises that has proven itself. A great team that has a patients care at the top of their list, a room full of the necessary tools, a clean environment, and they are experts in their profession!
