I’ve been dealing with some nagging nerve issues for 2+ years now in my right arm. After a few PT sessions with Aerial, she was able to identify the root cause of my nerve issues and get me trending in the right direction with her treatment options and recommend exercises to follow-up with. I’ve already noticed a huge difference and improvement with my nerve issues and can’t thank Aerial enough for her help!! It’s immediately apparent she is super knowledgeable and cares about her work. I would highly recommend her to anyone... read more
I began personal training with Dr Aerial in April after recovering from right rotator cuff surgery and bicep tenodesis in November 2024. She has helped me come up with various exercise routines that I do at home every day to get the most benefit out of my ... read more

My goal was to get back into my weight training routine that I had before my injuries. I found Dr.... read more

I ended up doing a 10 session program to start in which we have diagnosed my problem areas - ankle/tight calf/hammy doing too much work/glute not activating - and each week I feel myself getting stronger. I can now squat comfortably and deeper wi... read more
Aerial is awesome! I presented with unexplained nerve pain and she left no rock unturned to research and explore possible causes. She then provided both helpful treatment and practical lifestyle changes that I am sure I will remember and use for life!

The Training Room is open now. It will close at 7:00 p.m.
