I cannot say enough great things about The Training Room in Cinnaminson. Over the past year, I have been dealing with lower back and hip issues, and the team here has made a major difference in my mobility, strength, and overall quality of life. Their physical therapists take the time to understand what is really going on and create a personalized plan that adjusts as you improve. Well let me start out by saying, my experience at The training room in Cinnaminson was a learning experience. My therapist was Jake Lindstrom. Jack was thorough, he explained the purpose of each exercise in my series. Upon completing my time at The training room, I was given exercises to continue to help with the arthritis in my left knee. I learned so much from Jake , I would highly recommend making an appt. to get evaluated by him .He'll teach you, consistency is the Key to better health. Thanks Again Jake
