Callie was amazing! Great stretching, great massage, and great conversation! I'm definitely coming back. It was so wonderful to be able to stand up after the session and straighten my back without feeling pain. I felt a good 15lbs lighter and 10 years younger walking out.
The trainer's table is an incredible place to improve you life! In my 30's I started to recognize my flexibility declining but once I started doing the 30 min stretches it no only improved better than before they are also relaxing and feel great. My wife and I consistently go and have never had anything less than a 10/10 experience! You'll never regret spending money on your health and body!
Top notch staff and facilities! Our whole family has been and it really helps.
