All I can say about this company is—WOW. It’s rare for me to write raving reviews these days, but this place truly deserves praise. Because of a mistake I made once, and another time due to Amazon’s error, they had to do their job three different times. And they did it without a single complaint—just reassuring me that sometimes things happen, and not to sweat the small stuff. Andy and the folks at The Trailhead are amazing! Was in from out of town and busted my bike on my first ride in Hailey, and even though they were backed up they fixed my bike same day so that my trip wouldn’t be ruined. Can’t recommend this place enough.
