In for a long weekend and needed a specific Trek part to keep mountain biking; The Trailhead Bicycles DELIVERED!! They were able to scramble to find the part and worked with us to get it after hours. Amazing customer service!
I often rent the best bike I can find when travelling for extended stays. My friend with a family home in Hailey suggested Trailhead Bicycles. As a dedicated road bike guy, I had little experience with gravel bikes. First time renting an E bike and I was very pleased with the thorough preparation I was given so that I could go out and enjoy myself. Rates were very reasonable, and the staff is extremely friendly. Will definitely rent here again!
