On a mad rush to collect some specific panniers and then onwards to buy a tandem and start our cycling holiday in the lakes.... This is a true gem of a shop and it makes me happy seeing such a fantastic independent cycle shop thriving. That's because the service is exceptional and the products stocked are beautiful and exquisitely built topped with friendly knowledgeable service. Bought a Moulton SST, Moulton dealers being few and far between I arranged everything by phone and email from Scotland and found Fran very helpful and easy to deal with, including sorting out a dynohub, non-standard handlebars and a discount for providing my own saddle and pedals. Moultons having long delivery lead times, eventually picked it up in person and again the whole experience was excellent. Delighted with the bike, happy to recommend the shop
