Horrible service. Been dealing with a simple trademark issue for 5 years, still no resolution. Has been colluding, and aiding, the defendant in prolonging the process. When I caught him doing it, he promised to finish the rest of the process promptly, and without charge. Still no resolution 2 years later. I do not recommend their services at all.
