Excellent customer service from the mortgage application through closing. I would use them again.
Melissa and her team were outstanding! They truly worked so hard to make sure all the numbers balanced out, and we were able to close on time without a hitch. She understood our needs and how to make sure we had a mortgage we could afford and still have some cash on hand after closing to be able to set up our new home. She was friendly and personable, and she knows her trade well. Her team kept us updated and on task with all the many documents required for underwriting. I highly recommend her and her team.
I hate to say, but the experience was pretty horrendous. last minute changes.. the notary did not work out. had to use a title company, The original documents were wrong, they had to be done which set back everything. We were supposed to close 2/23. It finally happened at 2 pm 2/25. I was stressed out and had 20-25 phone calls and same number emails. Bobbie Nugent, from Westminister title was Great and so helpful and understanding.
Tried working Michelle asked her to look into a Heloc. She never contacted me back. She never contacted me back about my financing for my mortgage. I ended up going through rocket mortgage and closed on my $800,000 house in two weeks.
For me, was a very pleasant experience applying for a mortgage with The Town Group ; the staff were very responsive and friendly. I am also completely satisfied with the terms of my mortgage. Thanks again!
