The Customer Service for Tool Nut is absolutely horrible. The expensive Festool Limited Edition Guide Rails were absolutely destroyed by Fed-Ex (Not Tool Nuts Problem), They quickly replaced the item, unfortunately the replacement item was delivered to the wrong address, Customer Services solution was for me to go look for my lost items, I am a very busy person, I work many, many long hours in which I repeated to Jon Rothman in Customer Service, Weeks would pass before finding out that they were replacing the item FINALLY on... read more
I was looking for a specific table saw that was not in stock at the Tool Nut and is an item that is generally not stocked. Doug went out of his way to contact the company, reach out to me and have it shipped directly to the store to save me on the shipping costs. The store looks great. There are very few places where you can get your eyes and hands on the actual tools. Will definitely be my go-to for tool purchases moving forward.
