Honestly I don’t really fill out reviews but I really feel compelled this time. I ordered from tool nut because they had a sale going on, I got my package very quickly , turned out It was the wrong item I purchased. I reached out and Rhiannon was so helpful she was very quick with getting me back on track and my order straightened out. Because of her, I will always purchase my Milwaukee tool from them
One of the items I ordered was shipped freight delivery and arrived damaged. I called customer service and Rhiannon was very helpful, took care of everything and Makita sent out a replacement. Thank you
Don’t bother, they don’t honor sale prices and will give you the run around. Typical mediocre company nowadays, meh. *Glad you hung up on me. Shows the owners true colors. Like I said, proofs in the pudding! Don’t call me again sir!

I've had a very pleasant experience with Tool Nut in general. I was particularly impressed with Caleb S who took care of my order and was my email contact. He always emailed me right back so quickly (often within 10 minutes) and answered every question or concern with impressive attention. Caleb even took a few minutes to engage in a bit of baseball rivalry banter. Since he's a Yankee fan... GO RED SOX!
