I ordered some pretty expensive tools on their website. I elected for the standard 2-10 day shipping, and the items shipped within 1 day and I received it the next day. Unfortunately, my order shipped at the exact same time as another order of a similar size and they were switched. I called support, and they were FANTASTIC.
