Took a general sewer machine into these guys to be repaired, problem was the machined just stopped working and would not turn on at all when my guy was using it to cleanout a sewer line. We took it in on 6-6-12 or so got a call on 6-11-12 said the tool needed 310.15 of repairs. We asked what needed to be done, they said it needed a new drum for the machine, a new base for the machine, new washers for something and a new gfi cord.
