I stopped by this store with my family . I must say that, while there were some interesting items, I was not impressed by the overpriced knickknacks. The store seemed very cluttered and disorganized for the pricing. Also, customer service was not very nice. Very passive aggressive with questions, and I swear I could hear someone behind an employees-only curtain gossiping about other costumers in the store. Not a great experience…

Excellent customer service from Caroline; she enhanced my entire experience! The Tiny Finch is a boutique you'll revisit just to window shop, but today I had a Kaweco pen in mind. Caroline delivered warm and enthusiastic hospitality while assisting me on my quest for the perfect accompaniment, a Dark Green KawecoSport Ballpoint pen to my Leuchtturm1917 notebook. Thank you again The Tiny Finch for my little luxury.
Me and my boyfriend stopped in the store to look around while we were on our weekend trip. The store was set up beautifully and smelled so nice , but our experience was turned sour soon after walking in. As we were walking around one of the staff walked up asked to hold the things that were in mind behind the counter and she didn’t ask the lady next to us with her hands full of stuff and as a black women I felt very singled out and we still brought and paid for the things we picked up but that really did make us feel some ty... read more
I came across this store online and loved the birthday cake figurine toppers. I was worried about my fragile order making its way to Montana. It arrived safe and sound and is packaged so beautifully! Thank you so much for the attention to detail and going the extra mile with a hand written note. If I’m ever in San Antonio, I’ll be stopping by!
