This store is my absolute favorite!! I live in Texas and plan at least once a year to visit in person. I also needed a very last minute gift last Christmas and they helped me pick it out and wrapped it and it showed up in time! Can’t say enough about the product selection - love love love
I really wanted to love this place because the products are genuinely beautiful. That said, the prices are way higher than they should be. I don’t mind paying more for quality, but a lot of the items felt marked up just because of the aesthetic. You can find similar products elsewhere for much less. The staff were unfriendly at best and dismissive at worst. I felt uncomfortable the entire time I was there
I’ve been coming here since this store opened and it was a great experience. I’ve even talked to the owner when she’s there and she’s been very nice. However in the last few months, the quality of service & employees has drastically gone down. It’s a group of girls that won’t acknowledge you when before you were greeted with a simple hello, and now until you’re at the register will they say anything to you. The staff here didnt even acknowledge me when I walked in. I walked around them and looked at different things, still no acknowledgment, they didnt even look up from the conversation they were having with eachother. I left without buying anything, I won't contribute to a place that doesn't speak to their customers. 0/10 on customer service. To whomever runs this location, I would recommend having a chat with your sales team about good customer service.
Overpriced goods and rude manager.
