We had a very positive experience with the Tile Shop in Chantilly VA when we had our shower remodeled. The staff was very helpful throughout. The had a good selection of colors and sizes We found a perfect tile match for the walls and floor in a Carrera marble pattern. Prices were reasonable.
I’ve had nothing but good experiences at the Chantilly store. Bruce Pham is absolutely amazing. His Customer Service from the minute he introduced himself to me, to moment I picked up my order was extremely helpful. Bruce is very personable, professional and has been courteous, and continually willing to assist me.
