I had a great overall experience at The Tile Shop, even though I didn’t end up making a purchase due to tile sizing. Kerri was fantastic—she helped me choose the right color scheme for grout and edging, and showed me several thoughtful options. She was not only knowledgeable but also patient and genuinely helpful. I highly recommend Kerri if you’re shopping here—she made the whole process easy and enjoyable!
I worked with Kerri Tyler who was an absolute pleasure! I was overwhelmed by all of the options and Kerri spoke with me, understood my style and energy and planned around that to pick out the perfect materials. The Tile Shop has amazing selection and some really nice, high quality tile. However, this store has a staffing issue that starts at the top. Other reviews cover the same things I experienced, so it seems like it's just something they need to work on.
We were planning a major bathroom remodel. It needed to be done, but I was overwhelmed with the thought of beginning the design process. At my designer's suggestion we went to The Tile Shop with our plans and were fortunate to have Gina Micciche offer to help us. Despite not being able to tell Gina what I wanted, only what I knew I didn't want, she was able to help us find the most exquisite tile selection for the accent wall in our bathroom.
