Always a trustworthy experience. Michael was helpful in selecting a grout needed for a change in tile selection. He communicated the availability of my order and the exact date I could expect it to arrive (which came the day before promised). Even the pick up of my order went very seemless and smooth. My order was verified and loaded up. I like the variety of tiles for any project. I also like the many displays around the store that shows option never thought of.
Mike Shultz is a Senior Design Associate at the Canton, MI location, and he helped me select tile that worked well with my existing floor and answered all of the questions I had about design elements. I'm looking forward to future projects!
Working with Kyle Sawka made the whole experience of selecting the tile and working with my contractor so easy. He listened to my needs and offered a selection that was exactly what I wanted.
