Everything is overpriced
I purchased tiles for our shower remodel. Everything went smoothly for my contractor until they discovered the tiles had a permanent glue on them. They assumed the dot of glue (normal for packaging purposes) was placed on these tiles prematurely. We tried everything but they had to be returned.It was unfortunate for me as a consumer and for my contractor to have to return 10 boxes of tile and delay the job on my shower.
