We rolled in to this location at 10am with two kids under 3 and a strict deadline (and budget). Tim was helpful, caring, efficient, and knowledgeable. We talked through undertones, styles, pattern mixing...etc. He was patient with us as we were deciding and especially patient with our children; we could not have done it without him. The shop is 50 miles round trip from our house. On our first visit, I found 3 displays that I thought would work in my home. All were no longer available. I found something else that might work. Ordered samples that took over a week to come. The lighting in the store is very different from the lighting in my house. Tried the same thing on 4 more visits with the same problem.
