I had a great experience at The Tile Shop thanks to Kyle and Brandon. Both of them were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely took the time to help me find exactly what I needed without making me feel rushed or pressured. They answered all of my questions, offered great suggestions, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. Excellent customer service like theirs is hard to find these days. I’ll definitely be back for future projects and highly recommend asking for Kyle or Brandon if you visit!
