I was very impressed the first time I walked into their store. They have large displays, more samples than you could imagine and the friendliest staff I have ever worked with. The store manager and he assistant manager are extremely talented at design and go above and beyond other tile stores to make your vision a reality. I recently purchased tile for a backsplash and was pleasantly surprised at the great price and service I received. My salesman was Dave, he took care of everything we needed. He was very knowledgeable about the different types of tile and helped with design ideas.
Wouldn't recommend this place. Placed an order for our bathroom. Was going to do our kitchen with them. Not now. Customer service and sense of urgency is non existent. It was like I was doing them a favor for shopping there. Spend your $ elsewhere!
We have used the Tile Shop for 3 bathrooms, a kitchen remodel as well as other projects. The staff are extremely helpful and the displays are full of ideas. The very best thing is that you can return products you do not use. Even materials they have to order in. We highly recommend them.
My husband and I recently purchased tile and supplies for a backsplash in our new kitchen. We were absolutely thrilled with the service that we received from Rachel, management , and the rest of the team at this store. They exceeded our expectations from the first call we made, to the numerous visits and finally by helping us return unused material. We DEFINITELY will be returning customers. Suggest you check them out too.
Don't take home samples and then return unless you don't mind them keeping your money for a while.
I've been looking for a contractor and homeowner tile place for a decade. I finally found one, and it has great hours. What a novel idea, be open after I work and on the weekend... Also, the staff didn't shy away from giving some helpful design hints - again, novel idea... All in all, great experience and so rare. My wife actually didn't beg to leave in 5 minutes.
Excellent service and selection. My associate Ryan helped my wife and me pick out the master bathroom of our dreams and continued to help us all the way till we were done including giving us a full refund on all of the excess tile we had left over which we found out the hard way almost no other tile store does. I'd recommend the Tile Shop to anyone who needs tile.
