Long overdue review for The Tile Shop and store manager, David. Last summer, I visited the store for the first time with a photo of a backsplash. David found the exact tiles (& center inset) and provided a sheet of contractors for installation. The real customer service happened during the installation when a box of damaged tile was opened by the installers.
