We are new customers and recently purchased kitchen and living room tile. The staff, especially the store manager, made it a great experience. They were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and just a pleasant to work with. Miracle really went over and beyond to help us find a tile that we love! Their show room was set in a fashionable manner and easy to pick from. Overall, our purchase experience was a good one. Thank you so much for all your help!
We came in because of a renovation we had to do, not one we chose. Starting from that point, fairly downtrodden, we were greeted by friendly helpful staff who empathize with our needs. Miracle helped us find all the right shapes and colors for the project and got us to find our vision for the project. By the time we were done and paid, my wife and I were actually excited about how this unforseen bathroom remodel is going to turn out.
