My experience at the Tile Shop in Langhorne was such a smooth ride!! I knew exactly the tile I wanted and had seen online at their website. When I walked in the store I was greeted by Ania (Wilkos) who led me directly to the area where it was displayed and helped me choose my grout and matching silicone sealant. I have bought the tiles and stuff from this shop for the whole project, given, the prices were higher than of the floor and decor across the street. One of the tiles I bought for the bathroom floor when was laid, appeared to be very rough, as an outside tile. I wasn't able to wash the floor with a mop as it wouldn't glide. I even thought that it was because of the grout residue, however, left over tile was exactly the same and it wasn't apparent to me at the store, when I was selecting it. I discovered the tile shop while renovating my own kitchen but am so happy I did. As an electrician I don't do much tile work but heated floors are in high demand and with the customer service I've had the pleasure of experiencing at the tile shop I wouldn't go anywhere else!
We have now completed ( Kitchen still has a few items to complete ) two renovations, our Kitchen and Master Bath. On both projects we worked very closely with Ania at the Tile Shop. She has been professional, knowledgeable, and very patient with our selections and related questions. Ordering was easy and was available for pick up on the scheduled dates she provided.
