I had a wonderful experience working with Tiarra from the Tile Shop in Langhorne. She spent quite a lot of time with me patiently discussing last-minute details on my kitchen renovation. She was very knowledgeable about her products as well as color choices, helping me make a decision in the nick of time. Great customer service!
I had a great experience shopping for my kitchen backsplash at The Tile Shop. Everyone I interacted with was very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I worked primarily with Abbey, who was fantastic. She helped me so much and I'm so grateful for her time!
I highly recommend The Tile Shop for any of your tile needs. They have a large and varied selection at various price points. I looked at high end and lower end tile places and The Tile Shop was the most competitive for the quality. When you go to the Langhorne store be sure to ask for Abbey. She is wonderful! She has a great design sense, knows her products and is respectful of your budget. You won’t be disappointed.
Anina Williams and David Hughes did an amazing job researching and retrieving the receipts for a kitchen backsplash project I did over 2 years ago and they had to retrieve older data from the last data system The Tile Shop used. They also gave me pricing on current replacement costs on the materials since I have water damage and an insurance claim and will have to replace it! I will certainly do it with The Tile Shop because of Anina and David’s professionalism!
I had a great experience at this location - they had a conclusive tile selection and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Abbey for having “the eye” and ensuring my final product met my intentions and working with me through multiple changes. It was a thorough experience and I feel lucky I walked into the store. Will come back again 10/10
