Large tile store. Huge selection.
Shout out to Rebecca at the KOP store. She went above and beyond to help me with an issue. Last week I thought I ordered tile to be delivered today. Turns out that a different service rep misunderstood and the order was not placed. Rebecca came to my aid, worked her magic, and had the tile same-day delivered from another store. She even loaded it in my car. Rebecca was pleasant, professional, and mindful of the huge issue I was facing with my contractor and no tile. This was our second time there. The first time we felt a little overwhelmed and lost. Becky helped us this time. She had great insight to what would look beautiful in our space. It was a great experience. She was helpful and has a good sense of space and design. We are so happy with our tiles!
