We recently purchased porcelain tiles from The Tile Shop and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Dominick, our salesman, was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. Lucas, the manager, was also fantastic friendly, professional, and clearly committed to making sure customers are completely satisfied. The showroom is beautiful, the selection is outstanding, and the customer service is truly top-notch.
