Dana was amazing and very patient since my husband and I had a very hard time deciding on an upcoming project. Her knowledge was very good about the difference types of materials and was able to answer everything we asked. When we went back the next day to make our purchase she remembered us by name. We have several projects this year and will be using her again

In the time before internet, youtube, and AI algorithms, if you wanted advice on how to do a project you actually had to physically go into a store and converse with someone who hopefully knew what they were talking about. Well entering this Tile Shop is like stepping back into the heyday of 19XX but with way slicker tile. Our experience with Dana at The Tile Shop in Mt. Prospect was exceptional! Home remodeling can be stressful, but Dana made the tile selection process seamless. She was patient, knowledgeable, and truly listened to the (often differing) preferences of both me and my husband. Dana worked with us to find a material that met all our needs, and she made sure we felt confident in our choices. Even after multiple visits to the store, she always gave us her undivided attention. We couldn’t be happier with her service!
Went there after visiting other tile stores in the area and our main reason for our purchase was the service and assistance we received. Let's face it, we could have purchased tile from anywhere and our shower would have looked a heck of lot better with any upgrade. So new tile is a wash.
