We were looking to purchase tiles for our kitchen backsplash and our deck flooring. Having gone to other companies to look at tiles, we knew we were at the right location when we arrived at The Tile Shop in Brookfield, CT. We were met by sales representative, Lori, who listened attentively to the descriptions of the areas we want to tile, and began showing us samples. Lori at The Tile Shop is amazing! She is our go to girl when we bring our clients in to help shop for their renovations. Plus the quality of their products as well as the variety to choose from is far greater than most tile stores in the area. Hands down great customer service as well!
