Sales associate David Brownell was awesome, asked just a few questions and had our samples set and it was exactly what we were looking for. He showed us some of the installs he did which played into our decisions of how vision looked.
We had a great experience at The Tile Shop for our new shower for our master bath remodel project. Specifically David Brownell was a pleasure to work with in the selection and coordination of the tiles which resulted in a beautiful end product beyond what we even imagined. Highly recommend The Tile Shop any tile project.
My wife and I had shopped all over to find tile for our bathroom remodel. Only The Tile Shop had the selection we wanted and they helped put together the full package we needed. They also introduced me to the WEDI system and I'm very glad they did. It's a much improved substrate for wet areas like our shower stall.
Best tile place in the area and surrounding areas! The assistant manager Gil was a wonderful help with designing our kitchen backsplash and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend and I’ll be back when we do our bathroom!
Brooke and David really know their stuff. Great help and no problem returning unused boxes of tile.
