Sofia gave exceptional personalized service. She listened to me and helped make my dream bathroom a reality. She was patient and knowledgeable and offered great design advice. This was my first experience remodeling a kitchen. After stops at other tile stores, I walked into the tile shop and all my anxiety disappeared. John the manager immediately helped me find the backsplash tiles that would compliment my cabinets/quartz countertop. The tiles were installed and everyone complimented the choice of tile, even the tile installer. I will definitely return to the tile shop in Ocean for all my tile needs and of course advice. Tile selection is great and Abby offered so many suggestions for us. We ran around the store like kids in a candy store! I would definitely recommend The Tile Shop and make sure you ask for Abby. I will never stop recommending The Tile Shop! We worked with Sofia and she made choosing our bathroom tile so easy and fun. She worked with the inspiration pictures we gave her and created our dream bathroom. The tile is gorgeous, the bathroom is gorgeous, and Sofia is the reason for it all. Sophia was very helpful with picking our tile. Once I shared what I was thinking, she was able to display the setup and it was just right! She was extremely pleasant and friendly. Sophia demonstrates extreme knowledge of the business. She thoroughly explained the details of the charges and the arrangement for delivery.
